The Workout

Complete every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:


- 3 Burpees 

- 6 Dumbbell Cleans (right hand) 

- 6 Dumbbell Cleans (left hand) 

- 9 Air Squats 

- Heavy Dumbbell Farmer's Walk 


This workout is designed to challenge your mindset. You can either push hard to enhance your endurance or focus on maintaining your form to improve it. Tailor this session to meet your specific needs for the day.
