The Workout:

- 20 Kettlebell Swings  

- 10 Power Snatches  

- 150 ft Farmer's Walk  


Complete 3 rounds for time!


This workout is all about efficiency and results. The Kettlebell Swing is a powerhouse movement that builds explosive core strength, perfectly translating to everyday activities and work tasks. Grab a heavy kettlebell and push yourself to complete the set without stopping.


Next, we move on to the Power Snatch. Select a challenging weight that will test your limits, aiming for failure around the 9th or 10th rep. Focus on maintaining excellent form and tackle all the reps in one continuous effort.


Finally, the Farmer's Walk is your chance to really challenge yourself. Choose a heavy weight to maximize your strength. If you reach failure, confidently set the weights down, take a brief moment to recover (counting down), and then get right back to it. You’ve got this!
